For 36 years, WHMB TV 40 has taken great pride in bringing best-in-class television productions of high school sports into your home each Friday night and Saturday morning. We have been proud to highlight thousands of student-athletes for their accomplishments and sacrifices, both on and off the field. High school sports will always be an integral part of a local community.

Over the past three decades, many aspects related to the production and economics of high school sports have changed. As a result, the 36th season of broadcasting high school sports on television was our final season. We have been grateful for the opportunity to bring you these games, and we look forward to serving our communities in new ways for many years to come.
